SAIAN will serve you a bowl of thick Matcha from Kyoto with the Japanese sweets
by the Yuru-cha : relaxing tea ceremony.
A bowl of thick Matcha that is called koicha is the highlight of the traditional tea gathering
which takes about four hours.
The taste is very strong and the texture looks like fresh cream.
The first, you will taste a bowl of koicha.
And after drinking koicha, you will be served one more bowl of usucha - light matcha.
Please appreciate the matcha and the moment of the Yuru-cha.
