SAIAN accepts your appointment for the tea ceremony sessions, the short tea gathering or personal purchases (all admissions are treated as private visits with a maximum of 2 persons) under the following conditions:

Guests must be:
I, You must be in good health; no fever, no cough, no sore throat, no fatigue, etc.
II, You must not have been infected with the coronavirus in the 14 days prior to the date of your reservation.
III, You must not have been in contact with someone who is infected with the coronavirus in the 14 days prior to the date of your reservation.
IV, You must have a negative self-test result just before arrival (before you leave your home) and must bring the test card (negative result). SAIAN contributes ２euro per person for this test.
V, You need to do hand disinfection when you arrive and must wear masks in the tea ceremony room except when eating or drinking.
VI, If you are not feeling well after confirmation of your reservation, please contact me immediately. In case of cancellation, a cancellation fee will be charged, but it is possible to exchange for a voucher (same value, valid for 6 months) without any fee.

!! Vaccination certificates are not relevant and cannot exempt you from any of these conditions.


SAIAN must
- The tea master must wear a mask all the time.
- The tea master must have a negative self-test result before the preparation.
- The tea master must do hand disinfection before the preparation and the tea ceremony.
- The tea master must keep more than 30min between the sessions for the ventilation and the disinfection.
