Reservation at the latest 3 days in advance

1: Please send your name, phone number and your session date and time to: book@saikoproject.com
* If you need an invoice, please mention your name, address and your TVA number) in your e-mail.

2: You will receive an e-mail for the availability.(10 days Provisional reservation)

3: Please transfer your fee to : BE 12 3631 1593 9692 (SAIAN) within 10 days.
Your reservation will be valid when we receive your transfer.

Confirmation: You will receive an invoice as a receipt by e-mail.
*Reservation will be confirmed in the order in which payment are received.

Cancellation fee

The date of your transfer - 7 days before the date of your session: 30 %

6 days - 2 days before the date of your session: 50 %

The day before and the day of your session: 100 %

* Date change fee: 10% (up to 5 days before), 50% (4, 3 or 2 days before)
Session or lesson dates and times may be changed only once, up to 48 hours prior to the reserved time. Any further changes will be treated as a cancellation. If you wish to attend subsequently, please make a new reservation.
