Introduction to Cha-no-yu：tea ceremony (Beginner's) 2026

How to sit down and walk on the tatami,
How to be in the tea ceremony room,
How to eat the Japanese sweets,
How to taste a bowl of matcha....

If you do not have your answer of these questions,
please start from this Introduction.

We practice the gestures as guest and Wari-geiko.

＊ You will be able to start Yuru-cha regular practice as host of the tea ceremony after this introductory practice.
＊ You are also welcome to take to as many this introductory practice as you wish.

The date and time:(Duration: about 60min for max 4 persons)
Please choose one hour between from Schedule

Fee (Mizuya costs included, payment in advance): 35euro/person
or repeatedly practise the gestures of guests: 100euro/3times

Outside opening date by appointment :50euro/pers, 90euro/2p, 120euro/3p, 140euro/4p)
